Galaxy Corporation accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Personal or Business Check. Financing options are also available to help you with your purchase. Your customer service representative will be happy to discuss these options with you.

How will I get billed for my services?

Galaxy Corporation will send you a bill to your email address according to the billing option you choose on your contract (monthly, quarterly, yearly). If you paid with a credit card, your card will automatically be billed according to your contract and your email bill will be for your information only. If you choose to pay by check, print your bill and send it to the payment address located on the bill along with your check.

What are "POP" email accounts?

"POP" or POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol 3 and are the mail servers used in our hosting plans. A POP email account is accessed through the Internet by an application, such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora, and more. Once your account is set up in your application, you simply log on to the mail server and download your email. Consult your email application for details on setting up your program.
